Alternative Fashion Festival London

Here are some glorious photo's of London's alternative fashion show. Amazing pieces, bright and edgy. But I can't say I wasn't expecting it.

I'm back

So it's been more than half a year and after being majorly disheartened to continue my blog, I have inevitably returned to share everything beauty related.

Gommes Esser Surreal Fashion Show

This amazing fashion show exhibiting the Gommes Esser collection, shows sharp angles with colours mainly black grey with some yellow. The arty and futuristic look leaves the collection to be ultimately surreal. Personally I love it, it's sophisticated, intimidating, sharp and beautiful.

Celebrity Check: Spring must have's

@Freya Post
It appears that the over the knee boot has reappeared from last year’s collection. This must have item can be teemed with anything from dresses to jeans and when worn with short shorts can make legs appear longer.
Another must have look this season is the punk rock look and when done the right way can look hot, stylish, chic and maybe even elegant! However be aware that the punk look can go very wrong. In order to avoid this keep it simple by mixing punk rock elements with other seasonal trends. For example something ultra feminine teemed with a leather motorcycle jacket or biker boots. The safety pin and studs are iconic to the punk look.
Knee high socks will be a defining trend to work into your wardrobe. They’re Trans-seasonal and can look uber cute with mini skirts and shorts.

Model of the Moment: Abbey Lee Kershaw

I know people have been head over heels with this beauty for a while now. However, I want to mention her. Most defiantly my favourite model; Abbey Lee Kershaw also known as Abbey Lee, is an Australian fashion model. She attended Clifton Hill Primary School and then Melbourne Secondary College, the Academy of Mary Immaculate. Before her career in the fashion industry began when she won the Girlfriend CoverGirl Model Search in Australia and moved to Sydney from Melbourne there after, Abbey Lee worked in the bakery section at Newmarket Safeway.

Blue Jeans

I wish I had invented blue jeans. They have expression, modesty, sex appeal, simplicity - all I hope for in my clothes.

Reckless Edge

These photographs were taken by a fashion photographer based in New York by the name of Richard Warren. I can't help but admire the technique used as well as styling to create such edginess.
